The 12” business skills” that are activated in a” Small group”
We all have” innate skills” that make up the entirety of who we are and what is our contribution to the business world. What a lot of people are not aware of, is the fact that, even if they have some, specific amazing business skills, they can benefit and express those Skills and Strengths, ONLY in specific environments and in certain conditions.
Those Specific Environments are, ”workplaces” operating in different configurations. We can work ”Solo”, we can work in ”Partnerships”, we can work in a ”Small group”, or we can work in a ”Large group”.
From the genetic stand, not all people are meant to work in the same work environments!
Some people can prosper as Solo-prenours, others, by being part of a small group, others, can only prosper, together with a business partner, can fulfill his purpose in a large corporation, or a combination of them.
It is important to know these things because your unique gifts are meant to be seen and recognized ONLY in the configurations that are correct for you, depending on your specific human design, because each environment will” pull” out of you, specific skills. And you can have those skills or not.
Today, we will take a short look at one of these four environments and the business skills that are being activated in us, just by simply being in this type of environment. Today we will take a glimpse at a Small Group dynamic.
A ”Small Group”, or a Penta, which forms whenever we have between 3-5 people (can go up to 9) working together, in order to thrive, it needs, exactly 12 business skills, from the individuals that composes it, so, these are the only skills that are being” pulled out” from individuals, that are part of a small team or business and the Penta will not care if you have other amazing skills, in other areas, those will not be noticed, nor recognized, so, those other qualities of yours, will have to be expressed in a different type of environment.
The ”12 business skills” that a small business or team needs to have in order to be successful on the market, are:
- Reliability
- Culture
- Capacity
- Vision
- Commitment
- Coordination
- Planning
- Administration
- Implementation of sales
- Marketing/P.R.
- Accounting
- Oversight
