Did you know that approximately 30 % of the world population,” do not have a consistent and reliable voice?” And that, even the ones that do have a consistent voice, they still have communication problems?
There is a” mechanical” reason for that and I hope this article will help you understand where you stand and what can you do to be a better communicator and have audiences that really listen to what you have to say.
So, let’s begin our short journey…
Did it ever happened to you that you were trying to say something important, but you felt unheard or misunderstood and then, got bitter on the inside, blaming yourself for not being, a good enough communicator, or blaming the audience for being such disrespectful to you?…
” You, are just not hearing me!”,” That is not what I meant!”,” Can you please pay attention, I am trying to say something important, here?”, etc.
Knowing how to” effectively communicate” is an instrument we all must have in our Tool Box, if we want to achieve success, in any area of our life. That is the reason why so many people go through” Communication trainings” and even if, these kinds of actions bring something of great value to each participant, the point I want to make, today is in a completely new direction. It has to do with genetics…
Probably, you have already noticed that some of us are better communicators than others.
When some persons start to speak, people jaws drop in awe and admiration, and become completely open and really listen to what that person has to say and their message remains in people heads as a source of great inspiration for a long time. Now, on the other side, are the persons that nobody listens to, and the whole experience is just boring and embracing for everybody. The energy of the room drops and, they all, cannot wait that this torture ends.
Why is that? What is the real reason for these scenarios? Is it because of the level of Intelligence of the speaker, is it because their message not valuable enough, or is something deeper than that? A lot of the times this happens to very intelligent people with great content, so this cannot be the problem, but, what is the problem, then?
Did you ever wonder, why this happens, what makes this difference between these two kinds of people? Is this genetic, is it due to a specific environment we grew up in?
Is the ability to effectively communicate, an innate skill that we either have, either we do not have, or is something that everyone can learn?
Now, let’s enter a new realm, the new science of differentiation, BG5, that comes with answers and also, give us some practical tools…
We already know that 93% of our communication is non-verbal and because we are so used to express ourselves through spoken words, the part that we cannot” verbalize” it seems to be out of our” control”. Of course, we can learn some” body language” postures and techniques, but still, even that is, somewhat, artificial and need effort from our part.
But, what if we could” control” the other 93% naturally, without effort and without needing to learn anything in order to” control” our nonverbal expression and ALL of us, have the chance of being great communicators, effortlessly, because in doing that, the 7%, our verbal message, is being heard now?
”BG5” is the system that can give you a simple strategy to make sure that your presence is seen, that your voice is truly heard and your message understood. This is a mechanism that can be seen in your ”Human Design Chart” and is a mechanism that helps you remove the resistance and make your audience receptive to your message.
Now, to make the story even more interesting…
Did you know that, from a genetic point of view, we have, 11 distinct voices?
We can communicate from different parts of our body. We can speak from our:
· Identity
· Mind
· Survival Instinct
· Willpower
· Emotional Intelligence
Some of us can have a genetic imprint to be:
· The Voice of the ”Tribe” – is here to SUPPORT
· The voice of the ”Collective” – is here to SHARE
· The voice of ”Individuality” – is here to EMPOWER
Other of us, genetically, we do not have a voice so, our capacity to express ourselves is different and is dependent on the people and circumstances we are in. And, I think is really important to know that. To know how you operate.
Let’s say that people who, genetically, have a voice, they have a way of expressing them selfs, in a” fixed” and reliable, and the people who, genetically, do NOT have a voice, have a more flexible way in which they are designed to express themselves and that is the perfect way for them.
So, from a genetically stand, you can have the” Function of Communication” imprinted in your DNA or not. If this case and you do not have this imprint in your DNA, it means that” Communication is not your function”, but you are here to develop great wisdom in this area.
In conclusion, no group is better than the other, is just about knowing that, genetically, you have a specific and unique way, in which you were meant to express yourself in order to have a successful interaction with others, based on communication.
Have a blessed weekend!
